The HP TouchPad hasn’t been getting a whole lot of press since its launch a few weeks ago at HP’s event for WebOS, especially after Apple announced its iPad 2 yesterday. But that shouldn’t make us forget about how powerful this Tablet device can actually be.

In the videos posted on Engadget, you’ll see the HP TouchPad showing off its gaming Prowess in a game called Armageddon Squadron II at GDC 2011, and the TouchPad performed rather well while handling a tonne of pixels and graphics all over the screen. Even cooler yet, was when a message came in, the TouchPad automatically paused the game so you could check it. That’s awesome!
