apple icloud.com music cloud storage service

We heard that Apple was planning on launching their own cloud music service possibly prior to Google, and speculation had been spinning on what that domain may be called. Now we know, after Digital Daily‘s John Paczkowski confirmed that Apple now owns the domain “icloud.com”, which will be advertised as ‘iCloud’. The domain may have cost Apple $4.5 million from Xcerion, a swedish company who owned the domain name. Interesting.
