T-Mobile began pulling the G2X from its shelves on Wednesday due to a major bug in the device which causes random shutdowns and restarts as reported by many users. T-Mobile of course stated that the devices missing from shelves is due to ‘high demand’ and ‘inventory constraints’, not by being removed.

T-Mobile is said to be working with LG on a software fix for the bug identified. The fix may come packed into the Android 2.3 Gingerbread update for the device which is slated befor summer release.
