Starbucks for Android payment app rolled out

All Starbucks addicts out there now have a reason to get out of bed in the morning with Starbucks‘ release of a new payment app for Android devices running 2.1 or higher. The free app provides a barcode to be scanned at the register, allows you to add credit to your Starbucks card directly from your phone, as well as to track your stars.

There are currently about 6,800 stores in the US that support mobile payments, and the company is planning on adding an additional 1,000 by July.
