Sprint launching 4G LTE with LightSquared – lookout AT&T-mobile

• 20/06/2011

Sprint reached a deal for their 4G LTE network deployment with LightSquared according to Bloomberg. The deal may be worth more than $20 billion over the next 15 years. The only problem I see with this report  suggesting that this deal goes over the span of 15 years is that within 10 years from now, we’ll probably be onto 6G networks which will totally make 4G LTE as useless as analog cable is today, but, it’s their money I guess, and if they want to keep paying LightSquared for a 4G network deployment long after it’s being used…go for it.
