Sharp Sidekick Android qwerty slider leaked? (updated – for AT&T)

• 02/06/2011

Is Sharp getting back on the wagon with an Android powered full QWERTY slider device which looks and fees just like the current T-Mobile Sidekick 4G made by Samsung? We couldn’t be sure, but this image sure reminds us of it. Looks to have a 3.2 inch display touchscreen, but that’s about all we know. Sharp has made older sidekicks, so perhaps T-Mobile is doing what Google seems to be doing with the Nexus, looking for a different manufacturer with each successor.

Update: It looks like unwired view has gotten new information that says this won’t be a new T-Mobile Sidekick, rather, it may be going to AT&T due to the mobile band support built in (GSM)
