samsung Galaxy S II Canada

We had already heard that SaskTel was the first of any carrier to officially claim the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S II in North America, but now we can start adding some competition to the mix. Bell Canada and Virgin Mobile will also be launching the Galaxy S II superphone. Both of which have yet to announce any pricing, where SaskTel has listed the Galaxy S II available for $79.99 on a three year contract, which should be launched within the next couple of weeks. Early reports had the Galaxy S launching on Bell for July 14th, although no official date has been given.

It should be noted though that Bell is running a contest to win one where the contest ends July 19th. That signals a massive launch on that date or at least that week.
