Motorola Xoom at Best Buy Feb 24th for $799

• 07/02/2011

It’s official, Best Buy will have the Motorola Xoom February 24th 2011 through Verizon 3G with several different data plans to go with ranging from 1 – 10GB per month, at costs from $20 – $80 per month respectively. It was rumored earlier that Best Buy would be launching the Xoom on Feb 17th, but now we know, cause well…it’s in print.

Even though $800 is seen as pretty high for a Tablet, bear in mind it’s running Android 3.0, 32GB of storage, 3G and Wi-Fi, 10.1 inch display, and cameras on the front AND back for video chat. I’ll point it right out for us all…this device has everything that the 32GB iPad has, for about the same price…plus flash support, front camera and 3G upgradable to 4G LTE. Starting to sound pretty sweet.
