Why oh why Motorola are you still launching new devices running Android 2.1 Eclair!? And why is Sprint allowing this to happen by launching the device? Who knows, but it’s landing at Sprint on July 24th. I guess they both figure tradesman and construction workers don’t need anything special, just a rugged phone running an OS that’s been outdated over a year already.
It’s a full QWERTY Android device with a 5 megapixel camera on the back, all packed in military grade design to prevent rust, shock, high temp, radiation and vibration. This device may not be great for specs and OS, but it’ll survive a war. For $149.99, it could be yours.
