Google sending Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread out to Nexus One, Nexus S

• 23/02/2011

Direct from the mouths of @googlenexus, a tweet stated that they are working to push out Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) out to owners of the Google Nexus One and the Nexus S devices over-the-air. They also state that the PTA update may take several weeks to complete, but we know from many other OTAs, it usually only takes a full week to hit all users. Also, someone will publish the download for it in due time.

So, go ahead and install by hitting the ‘check for updates’ in your Settings app. Let us know if anything breaks.
