AT&T LG Thrill 4G hands on images from CTIA

• 23/03/2011

AT&T had some good news at CTIA as well as many others this week. The LG Thrill 4G (Optimus 3D) was given a hands on, and we have the images below courtesy of the good folks at Engadget who were on site. The LG Thrill 4G is obviously a 4G device, but more importantly, it’s another device sporting 3D capabilities, which seemed to be all that was really announced for new devices this week. Just like the HTC EVO 3D, it’s got 2 cameras on the back side for 3D video and Android 2.2 rather than Gingerbread like the HTC EVO 3D has. The display looks amazing, but I’m still not buying the whole ‘glasses free’ 3D thing…I mean, it still just 2D with 3D graphics, which has been around as long as Doom.

Regardless, this device isn’t the final market ready model, but it’ll be close.

Check out the source link below at Engadget for a video walk through as well.
