Google announced at Google I/O 2011 on Wednesday that there are now new changes and a facelift to the Android Market which should make it much easier for you to find the apps you’re looking for (not meant to be a Star Wars quote), and hopefully make the developers happier.

A new ‘Top Apps’ chart is now showing which will be country specific from your location, as some apps that you may find will show in search, but not allow you to download. Now, they’ll only show apps available to you in your area. Also added is an ‘Editor’s Choice’ section which shows apps chosen as highlights from the Android team, and a ‘Top Developers’ section. all these changes are now live in the Android Market.
