Android Fragmentation is a problem most developers agree with

• 05/04/2011

Adding to the ever growing and ongoing debate as to whether developers find that Android fragmentation not only exists, but is a problem, Baird Research has asked 250 working developers (should have been ore considering there are thousands of them to poll) if they “View Android Fragmentation as a problem?”

The chart says it all, almost 24% said its a huge problem, 14% said they don’t consider it a problem. Essentially, 86% find it’s a problem that exists. Simply, there’s an issue, no matter how big or small it is, the developers who do this for a living say its there. The question is now, how can this get improved?
