Android and Apple both dominating in US market

A few things to note here over the latest growth charts from ComScore show that Apple and Android both continue to dominate in the US market. Apple is growing in the OEM manufacturer market share, while Android is still ruling the hill in the Operating System market. (android doesn’t make handsets, Apple does).

Another interesting fact about these stats is that 68.7% of mobile users use their phone for texting, rather than calling. Things that make you go ‘Hmmmmmmm’…..
